A. An EPP/Auth Code (sometimes called a transfer code) is provided by your current domain registrar to approve a secure domain transfer. You’ll typically find it in your registrar panel or by requesting it from their support.

A. Usually not — as long as your DNS stays the same. A registrar transfer doesn’t change your domain name; it changes who manages it. If you also plan to change nameservers or hosting, we recommend coordinating the move to minimise risk.

A. Most clients use IMAP for sync and SMTP for sending. If you message us your domain and mailbox name, we can point you to the correct settings. For best deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC should be configured in DNS.

A. Yes. WHMCS can automate ordering, account creation (provisioning), invoicing and renewals — ideal for reseller, master reseller and alpha reseller setups. If you tell us your plan and workflow, we’ll advise the cleanest approach.
